01

Set the controls before the chase

Hold the device in a stable position and choose a sensitivity that lets you track a moving target without large corrections. If vibration or effects obscure feedback, reduce them before starting a scored run.

Use an untimed drill to distinguish aim from timing. A miss caused by arriving early needs a different adjustment from one caused by losing the target path.

01

Choose

Pick one reachable target instead of following every flash.

02

Track

Match the lane with small, controlled movement.

03

Confirm

Wait for clear feedback before starting the next action.

04

Release

Reset your hand and attention between attempts.

02

Select for position, not appearance

Large or gold targets can look urgent, but value and reach are separate questions. Read the rule card, then choose the target that offers the cleanest line within the available time.

A short confirmed chain can be more useful than one speculative attempt. If the screen becomes difficult to read, pause input, find the lane and begin again.

03

Give the session a finish line

Pick a number of runs or a time limit before play. Stop when it arrives, whether the final round was strong, weak or close. A personal end point protects both focus and enjoyment.

For households, operating-system tools can restrict purchases and set app limits. The linked consumer guidance explains why those controls matter and where to find them.
