Reward desk

Name the reward. Show every condition.

Points, cosmetics, access and prizes are different promises. Clear labels keep the celebration honest.

01

Separate score from value

A score measures performance inside a game. Reward points may unlock defined in-app items. A promotional prize can carry real-world value. Those categories should never blur into one glowing balance.

If virtual points cannot be withdrawn, transferred or redeemed for cash, the interface and terms should say so. An icon or multiplier does not create value by itself.

01

Score

A performance total inside a mode or event.

02

Points

A defined in-product balance with stated uses.

03

Access

Entry to a mode, event or cosmetic track.

04

Prize

A conditional award governed by official rules.

02

Put important limits up front

Age, region, stock, claim deadline, verification, substitution and delivery can change whether a reward is available. Material restrictions belong beside the offer; complete rules should be accessible before participation.

Randomized paid virtual items may trigger platform disclosure rules. Google Play currently requires odds disclosures for paid mechanisms that award randomized virtual items.

03

Keep the receipt and support path

A qualifying result should create a record with the event name, run identifier, time and reward status. Players should retain it until delivery or the end of the claim period.

Support should explain what evidence is needed and what happens after a disputed reward is reported. A clear process is part of the reward, not an afterthought.
